SR002 is the second chapter of Burden' Self-release series.

"Althea's Riot" was produced during summer 2020 after playing for the first time in Greece. Althea is a quiet beach located 30km south of Athens, surmounted by an abandoned hotel composed of a terraced concrete structure overlooking the sea. It was the most beautiful place to throw a rave and It was such an amazing experience being able to play my music there in the early hours of the morning.

The loopy overwhelming bassline in opposition to the bright granular chords aim to recreate the atmosphere of that morning, the 4/4 pounding groove with a joyful vibe.
